Geraldine as a dream real estate agent. She’s very knowledgeable about the Hudson county area and was able to price, list and sell my condo during the COVID-19 pandemic. I appreciated her selling technique based on the 72 SOLD method. As well as how she adapted to the restrictions of COVID-19 by developing a virtual tour, hosting a Facebook live to take prospective buyers through the space. She was respectful of my time and space when showing the property and really worked to get my condo sold during an incredibly unique and challenging time.
